基因轉殖小鼠，其免疫球蛋白ε基因已被人體免疫球蛋白γ基因所取代，可表現人體IgE。
技術優勢
可用各種免疫原，包括多種的過敏原來免疫小鼠，以製備對各種免疫原及過敏原具結合特異性的人體單株抗體。這些人體單株抗體在量測病人血液中對各種過敏原具特異性的IgE抗體時可用作標準樣品。
